RETURN POLICY

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at rosemaryorozcocollection.com. All previous season sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Send returns via mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. The item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery. The merchandise must be unworn and have original tags attached.
Please allow 7-10 days for returns to be processed upon receipt. The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned, unwanted items.
We cannot process exchanges. A new order must be placed on rosemaryorozcocollection.com
Refunds: Gift Card Used
All returned orders paid for with a gift card will be refunded to a new electronic gift card.
We cannot process merchandise exchanges; a new order must be placed on rosemaryorozcocollection.com
PayPal Purchases
All returns paid using PayPal are refunded back to the original PayPal account.
PayPal returns are processed through our system as standard returns. Once a return has been processed, the PayPal account used for the original purchase is refunded within 1-3 business days.
